Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Quality Assurance, located in Faridabad. The Head of Quality Assurance will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and quality control. Day-to-day tasks include leading and managing the QA team, ensuring compliance with quality standards, conducting quality audits, and developing and implementing quality management systems. The role also involves analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and ensuring that all products meet required regulatory and specifications.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E in Mechanical
• Experience with Quality Assurance and Quality Control
• Strong skills in Quality Auditing
• Analytical Skills necessary for data analysis and process improvement
• Proficiency in Quality Management systems and practices
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Expert in English speaking is must requirement.
