As the Head of Purchase at Luxury Real Estate Developers in Juhu, Andheri, Mumbai, you play a crucial role in overseeing the procurement process to ensure the highest standards of quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery in the real estate development industry. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with company goals and project timelines. - Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services for construction and real estate development projects. - Identify, evaluate, and manage potential suppliers to meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements. - Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and vendors for a reliable supply chain. - Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve the best value. - Manage procurement budget, monitor costs, and implement cost-saving initiatives. - Oversee inventory management and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials. - Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and company policies in all procurement activities. - Stay updated on market trends, emerging suppliers, and new technologies relevant to the industry.
