Job Profile- Financial Controller Location: Noida | Experience: 10–12 years ( We are not looking for deeper experience than this) | Sector: Manufacturing preferred Vedic Cosmeceuticals, a leading manufacturer and innovator in the personal care and beauty space, is looking for a seasoned Head of Finance & Accounts to join our leadership team. We’re looking for someone who brings both financial discipline and strategic insight and has a strong grasp of manufacturing finance. The person will work closely with the Company Directors to chart Vedic's financial health. Key Responsibilities: • Lead budgeting and financial forecasting for the organisation • Conduct detailed variance analysis to support cost controls and profitability • Drive product costing and wastage analysis to optimise margins • Oversee inventory management with financial accuracy • Ensure full compliance with Direct and Indirect Taxation • Maintain robust financial controls and reporting processes What We’re Looking For: • 10–12 years of experience in companies of repute, ideally in the manufacturing sector • Strong understanding of sector-specific financial processes and accounting practices • Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams for business performance • Analytical mindset with hands-on approach to financial management If you’re ready to shape the financial backbone of a fast-growing, innovation-driven company, we’d love to hear from you.
