Product Development Specialist

As a Product Development Specialist at Vedic Cosmeceuticals, your role will involve overseeing the end-to-end development of new cosmetic products. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the development of new cosmetic products based on client briefs, market trends, and regulatory standards - Evaluate raw materials and technologies to recommend innovative solutions - Act as the main point of contact for clients during product development phases - Translate customer briefs into actionable development plans - Ensure timely delivery, within scope, and on budget of all NPD projects - Coordinate stability testing, compatibility, claims substantiation, and artwork approvals - Monitor industry trends, ingredient innovations, and competitor activity to propose new ideas - Attend business events and exhibitions to identify potential leads and generate business - Provide strategic input to clients and internal teams on market-driven product development - Manage product development timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams - Act as a key liaison between internal teams and brand owners Qualifications Required: - 8-10 years of experience in a similar field - Strong technical knowledge of cosmetic formulation and regulatory requirements - Project management skills - Passion for innovation Vedic Cosmeceuticals offers industry-standard compensation with attractive terms of employment.
