We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated professional to lead Product Development & Sales for our range of anti-ballistic vests, armours, protective garments, shields, and defence-related safety solutions. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Lead product development for ballistic and tactical protective solutions Collaborate with R&D teams to innovate and enhance product performance Drive domestic and international sales in defence and security segments Build and maintain strong relationships with defence procurement bodies, distributors, and key decision-makers Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships Ensure all products meet relevant compliance and certification standards 🔹 Ideal Candidate: Minimum 4–5 years of experience in defence textiles, ballistic protection, tactical gear, or safety equipment Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Business Administration, Textile Technology, or a related field Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in Product Management and project coordination Strong understanding of materials, safety standards, and product engineering Proven track record in technical sales, defence procurement, or B2G sales Ability to manage product development cycles and market expansion Excellent communication & relationship-building skills 📍 Location: Kolkata If you know someone who fits this role, kindly tag or share!
