Role Description This is a full-time position for a Product Development Specialist, based on-site at our Mumbai office. The responsibilities include conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, assisting in product design and development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of innovative product solutions. The specialist will also contribute to refining and improving STEMify's educational products and services to meet customer needs. Qualifications Strong skills in Market Research and identifying emerging trends Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate data and inform product development strategies Proficiency in Communication to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and creating innovative solutions Knowledge or experience in Product Management to oversee the product lifecycle Passion for STEM education and familiarity with EdTech solutions is a plus Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Engineering, or Education, required; advanced degrees or certifications are a benefit
