As a member of The Better Grain team, you will be integral in the fine-tuning of our unique flour product that upcycles brewery by-products into a super high-protein, high-fibre flour. Your role will focus on developing this product as a functional B2B ingredient, ensuring that it can be seamlessly integrated into various product ranges to enhance nutrition while maintaining taste and texture. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your product development and food tech expertise to optimize the formulation of the flour for B2B use. - Create ingredients that are tailored specifically for B2B applications, taking into consideration the unique requirements of businesses in the food industry. - Demonstrate a high level of curiosity, willingness to experiment, and innovative thinking to continuously improve the product. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in product development and food technology, with a focus on formulating ingredients for B2B usage. - Proven track record of successfully developing and launching innovative food products for commercial purposes. - Strong curiosity and passion for experimenting with new ideas and ingredients to drive product innovation.
