Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Development Specialist based in the Greater Kolkata Area, with the flexibility of some work-from-home options. The responsibilities include conducting market research, managing product development processes, analyzing trends to innovate and refine product offerings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product success. The candidate will also contribute to research and development initiatives to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Market Research and Analytical Skills to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and Product Management to create and improve product offerings
• Effective Communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders
• Ability to manage projects efficiently and prioritize tasks
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a relevant field is preferred
• Prior experience in product development or a similar field is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools is a plus
• Creative problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail
