This isn't just managing shoots - you'll bring campaigns to life and make brands unforgettable. What You'll Do Lead production from planning to execution Oversee video shoots and manage on-set activities Work with design teams to keep content consistent Use AI tools to enhance your creative process Who We Want Someone who knows Bangalore inside out, has their own gear, and can negotiate with vendors. You're outgoing, great at logistics, and understand video production especially for social media. Must Have: Shooting experience, equipment, Bangalore vendor connections, Instagram Reels knowledge is a big plus. Why This Matters Traditional agencies are stuck in the past.
