Pipes and Formworks, you will lead and oversee the end-to-end production process at our manufacturing facility in Bahadurgarh. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires active management of production schedules, workforce coordination, quality assurance, and resource optimization. You will ensure adherence to timelines, standards, and safety protocols while driving continuous process improvements and maintaining open communication with stakeholders. Qualifications Strong expertise in production planning, manufacturing processes, and resource management Experience in team management, staff supervision, and conflict resolution Proficiency in quality control standards and implementation Analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize production operations Excellent communication and leadership abilities Proficiency with production management software or tools is preferred Understanding of health and safety regulations within manufacturing environments Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus Previous experience in the heavy metal fabricstion or manufacturing industry is strongly desirable
