Junior Creative Producer

As a Junior Creative Producer at Marty Martin, you will be responsible for supporting content production by assisting in creating brand-specific storytelling and handling the planning and execution of short-form vertical video shoots for Instagram. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with strong internship experience who are eager to kickstart their career in creative production. Your key responsibilities will include planning and executing short-form vertical video shoots for Instagram, supporting senior team members in production activities from concept to completion, assisting with pre-production planning and coordination, collaborating with design and content teams to maintain brand consistency, and managing basic production logistics and coordination. To excel in this role, you should have a basic understanding of video production workflow, scheduling, and team coordination, as well as the ability to plan and shoot short-form vertical videos specifically for Instagram. You must own a camera and basic video production gear, possess strong teamwork skills, and be able to take direction effectively. Additionally, having strong internship experience in video production, social media content creation, or related fields, a basic understanding of Instagram content formats and trends, organizational skills to support multiple projects simultaneously, and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced creative environment are essential. Preferred skills for this position include prior experience in creating Instagram Reels or short-form content, basic knowledge of video editing software, and an understanding of social media trends and formats. The compensation for this position ranges from 25,000 to 30,000 per month.
