Junior Creative Producer

We’re looking for a Junior Creative Producer who loves being behind the camera and the edit timeline. This is a hands-on creative role — you’ll conceptualize, shoot, and edit videos that bring our brand stories to life. From product shoots to social media content, you’ll be the creative engine driving engaging visual storytelling for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Ideate & Conceptualize: Create story ideas, scripts, and content concepts for videos, reels, and campaigns.

Video Production: Plan and shoot product videos, lifestyle visuals, testimonials, and campaign films.

Editing: Edit and color-grade content using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro — delivering polished, high-quality videos.

Sound & Motion: Work on basic sound design, transitions, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure videos align with brand tone and goals.

Content Optimization: Adapt videos into platform-friendly versions (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) for better reach and performance.

Trend Awareness: Stay updated on current visual and social media trends to create content that connects with audiences.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in video production, editing, or creative content creation.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.(Any Two)

Strong understanding of camera handling, lighting, and composition.

Good sense of storytelling, pacing, and music selection.

Knowledge of After Effects / CapCut / Canva Video / basic animation tools is a plus.

Creative mindset with strong attention to visual detail.

Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Background

Bachelor’s degree in Media, Mass Communication, Film, or Advertising.

Prior experience working on brand films, social media content, or ad creatives.

A portfolio or showreel demonstrating your shooting and editing work.
