Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Production based in Nagpur. The Head of Production will oversee and coordinate the production processes to ensure efficient operations aligned with company goals. Responsibilities include designing and implementing production plans, managing daily operations, optimising resource allocation, supervising production teams, and maintaining quality, cost, and deadlines. The role also includes managing budgets, introducing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Production Planning and Production Management.
• Ready to relocate.
• 6+ years experience in Automotive Manufacturing/ Sheet Metal Industry mandatory.
• Proficiency in Operations Management and Team Management.
• Experience in Budgeting and financial planning within a production environment.
• Solid leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in the automotive or industrial manufacturing sector is a plus.
• Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
