Head of Production in container glass manufacturing

🏭 Key Responsibilities

Oversee manufacturing operations
: Manage daily production of glass containers, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Team leadership
: Supervise engineers, technicians, and shift managers across multiple lines and furnaces.
Process optimization
: Implement lean manufacturing, reduce waste, and improve energy efficiency.
Quality assurance
: Ensure products meet industry standards (e.g., ISO certifications) and customer specifications.
Maintenance coordination
: Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance of furnaces, IS machines, and inspection systems.
Safety & compliance
: Enforce safety protocols and environmental regulations.
