About the Role

Head of Product Implementation

Key Responsibilities

Setting up and Leading Product Implementations:

  • Define and implement frameworks for managing product implementation projects.
  • Lead client implementations, managing project assignments, staffing, capacity planning, profitability, and delivery governance.
  • Maintain control over implementation schedules, budgets, risks, and issues.
  • Identify project risks early and provide timely recommendations for mitigation.
  • Execute and revise project work plans to meet evolving requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate solutions.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships.
  • Drive process improvements and establish policies, procedures, and tools for effective delivery.
  • Support partner relationships and competency development for implementation services.
  • Collaborate with finance and PMO teams for invoicing and change management.

Leadership & Strategic Involvement:

  • Build and structure global implementation teams and delivery processes.
  • Lead the overall implementation function across multiple regions.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to establish strategic plans aligned with product initiatives and vision.
  • Engage confidently with enterprise C-level executives to drive strategic objectives.

Pre-sales Support:

  • Support global pre-sales teams in RFPs, RFIs, POCs, and demos.
  • Assist sales and account management teams in winning new business opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 20+ years

    of experience in

    enterprise software product implementation

    , preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong technology background: application, data, cloud, security, and SaaS products.
  • Deep understanding of

    requirements engineering

    and

    product implementation lifecycle

    .
  • Proven operational, project management, and process management skills.
  • Excellent

    communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

    .
  • Detailed knowledge of

    P&C insurance industry

    .
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities: recruiting, mentoring, and motivating teams.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Desirable Skills

  • BS or MS degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in both

    start-up and corporate environments

    .
  • Knowledge of

    cloud-based deployment

    and modern technology implementation approaches.
