Are you a performance marketing leader who knows how to take existing campaigns, rip them apart, and rebuild them to scale profitably?

We’re looking for a Head of Performance Marketing / Head of Growth

GCC, Europe, the US, and Asia

This isn’t a fluff “brand marketing” role. You’ll be working directly with the COO and a lean creative team (editor, content creator, copywriter) to refine our funnels, scale performance, and lead growth strategy across multiple markets.

• Audit and optimise existing Meta, Google, LinkedIn & YouTube campaigns
• Architect full-funnel paid strategies focused on direct response and VSL-style funnels
• Identify quick wins and long-term scaling opportunities across different regions & customer types
• Lead creative testing — ads, landing pages, offers, and audiences — to smash CAC and boost ROAS
• Collaborate closely with the content and video team to produce high-performing creatives
• Take ownership of performance metrics: CPL, ROAS, CTR, CAC, retention, and payback periods
• Build a clear growth roadmap and execute it with precision
  

• Deep experience managing Meta & Google Ads with strong results
• Understanding of pixels, retargeting, custom audiences, UTM parameters & tracking (Hyros experience is a plus)
• Strategic thinker who’s comfortable working hands-on when needed
• Strong creative judgment and copy instincts — you know what converts
• Comfortable working

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads
• Editing skills with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or After Effects
• Knowledge of SEO or broader growth levers beyond paid
