Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic plans to grow the brand and expand market presence.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.
• Oversee food & beverage processes, ensuring top quality and compliance with hygiene standards.
• Monitor expenses, optimize costs, and ensure profitability.
• Manage business operations to achieve revenue and profit targets.
• Identify new sales channels, partnerships, and brand growth opportunities.
• Maintain consistent product quality and service standards.
• Handle day-to-day operations, documentation, and coordination.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships for raw materials and services.
• Ensure excellent customer experiences and address client needs effectively.
• Continuously optimize operations for efficiency and improved results.
• Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver high performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in operations management (preferably in the food & beverage industry).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Business acumen with a track record of achieving targets.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
