As a Brand Marketing Strategist at RIL, you will play a key role in developing and implementing brand marketing strategies to drive profitable business growth. By collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you will shape the brand's positioning and communications to effectively communicate the brand message. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing strategic inputs to create business product strategies and roadmaps aligned with overall objectives and goals. - Developing market expansion and risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with leadership to sustain RIL's position as an industry leader. - Overseeing end-to-end execution of business plans and identifying new initiatives to meet future demands. - Participating in budgeting cycles, allocating budgets for your sub-function, and ensuring efficient utilization with minimal variance. - Implementing brand marketing policies and procedures, monitoring adherence, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. - Leading the strategic development of brand marketing initiatives through trade-level brand building, consumer branding, and trade and consumer promotion activities. - Building relationships with external partners and identifying suitable promotional avenues to leverage the Reliance PetChem Sector brand. - Directing CRM initiatives, managing corporate sponsorships, and creating synergies with corporate brands across acquired and overseas units. - Conceptualizing branding and social media strategies, empowering customers with technical information, and creating internal and external brand ambassadors. - Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as return on marketing investment, customer acquisition cost, brand recall value, lead generation rate, budget adherence, and conversion rate. - Tracking improvements in the team through training programs to drive continuous development and growth.
