With presence across 15 states and a rapidly expanding footprint, the business aims for 3x growth in the next five years, serving tech-savvy working professionals seeking a premium, organized travel experience.Position OverviewThe Head of Marketing will drive strategies to strengthen brand positioning and recall, highlighting the company’s premium differentiation at every traveler touchpoint. Reporting directly to the founders, this role will shape communication frameworks, enhance customer engagement across the lifecycle, and define the brand’s presence both on-board and externally.Key Responsibilities
  • Review and refine the existing brand positioning and communication framework.
  • Enhance traveler communication across all stages of the customer lifecycle.
  • Define and implement in-bus branding and messaging strategies.
  • Identify and expand external channels, locations, and touchpoints for brand visibility.
  • Develop and track metrics to measure, monitor, and improve business performance.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, promotions, channel partners, and business teams to ensure alignment.
  • Drive initiatives that reinforce the brand’s premium positioning in the inter-city mobility market.
  • Apply a quantitative and analytical approach to marketing strategy and execution.
  • Contribute to operational excellence by integrating marketing insights with on-ground realities.
  • Champion customer understanding and market validation through direct engagement and research.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Education: Top-tier educational background is a distinct plus.
  • Experience: 5–10 years with a leading consumer brand in India.
  • Leadership: Reports directly to the founders; works cross-functionally with sales, promotions, and business teams.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong marketing skills with a quantitative bent of mind; ability to operate in an operationally intensive business environment.
  • Soft Skills: Strategic thinker, analytical, hands-on, and willing to challenge assumptions; keen learner committed to long-term impact.
