is looking for a hands-on Marketing Head who can drive field-level admissions growth, build strong local outreach, and lead on-ground campaigns with real results.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Leading all field marketing and admission-driven activitiesPlanning and executing school visits, seminars, and local engagement campaignsManaging and motivating a field teamTracking lead flow, conversions, and reporting performance clearlyBuilding partnerships that directly improve our admissions pipelineWe’re not looking for a desk-only marketer.This role demands someone who actually gets into the field, understands the ground reality, and delivers measurable outcomes, not empty plans.

Requirements:

Strong experience in education-sector marketing or field admissions.Ability to manage teams and handle pressure without excuses.Solid communication skills and a results-driven mindset.Local understanding of Beawar & nearby regions is a major advantage
