What You’ll Do

• Design & Develop Curriculum

  : Lead instructional design, gamification, and multilingual localization of BFSI and leadership programs.

• Drive Program Delivery

  : Oversee end‑to‑end rollout of training modules, ensuring operational excellence and learner success.

• Build Processes

  : Standardize SOPs, dashboards, and CRM workflows for scalable delivery.

• Collaborate Across Teams

  : Work with tech, curriculum, and partnership teams to align delivery with industry needs.

• Ensure Compliance

  : Uphold BFSI regulatory standards (RBI, SEBI, IRDAI) in training programs.

• Lead Teams

  : Recruit, mentor, and manage program managers, trainers, and delivery staff.

• Innovate & Improve

  : Use learner feedback and analytics to continuously enhance content and delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8–12 years of experience in

  learning design, program management, or operations

  in BFSI, edutech, or vocational training.
• Strong understanding of BFSI processes (credit, compliance, customer onboarding).
• Exposure to digital learning platforms, LMS, or CRM systems.
• MBA/PGDM or equivalent degree in Business, Operations, or Finance.

• Multi‑lingual capability

  : English and Hindi required; proficiency in one or more regional languages (Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Bengali) is a strong advantage.

Compensation
