Territory Head – International Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Market Expansion

  • Define and implement growth strategies for international markets in Korea, Europe, and ASEAN regions.
  • Identify high-potential markets, customer segments, and product opportunities.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and market demands to guide entry and expansion.

2. Business Development & Revenue Generation

  • Build and nurture strong B2B partnerships with distributors, contract manufacturers, and direct customers.
  • Drive sales of herbal extracts, nutraceutical ingredients, and healthcare solutions to international clientele.
  • Negotiate large-scale contracts, pricing structures, and long-term supply agreements.

3. Regional Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and mentor regional business development executives or country managers.
  • Establish performance KPIs for international business units and drive results.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, regulatory, supply chain, R&D) for effective market execution.

4. Regulatory & Compliance Support

  • Ensure that all product launches and exports comply with regional regulatory requirements (EFSA, ASEAN guidelines, MFDS Korea, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal RA teams and local partners for documentation, dossiers, and certifications.

5. Marketing & Brand Visibility

  • Represent Botanic Healthcare at global expos, trade fairs, and B2B events.
  • Develop region-specific marketing strategies in collaboration with the corporate marketing team.
  • Support digital campaigns and localized content creation.

Key Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Business Management.
  • MBA in International Business or Marketing is preferred.

Experience:

  • 10–15 years of proven experience in

    international business development

    in

    pharma, herbal, nutraceutical, or healthcare

    industries.
  • Deep market knowledge and network in

    Korea, Europe, and ASEAN countries

    .
  • Experience in managing large territories and multicultural business environments.
