Head- Internataional Business Development

• Develop and execute an effective long term business development strategy for the Company’s products and for each geography
• Develop contacts and relationships with various marketers, distributors, agents, payers and in the value chain to promote the Company’s products and services
• Structure, prepare, review and negotiate proposals, term sheets, out licensing deals and assist in negotiation of commercial aspects of international contracts with partners, distributors, agents and other stakeholders in the value chain
• Develop and execute an effective strategy for government and institutional tenders in various geographies
• Ensure beneficial outcomes for pricing, overall growth and brand development
• Develop an ongoing system of tracking the competitive landscape, estimate impact of new products, partnerships, services and such other developments on companies products and market and suggest strategies to mitigate risks and take advantage of opportunities
• Work with operations, technical and marketing teams to ensure excellence in customer service

Skill set requirement

• Through understanding of business landscape in various markets and value chain in the biotech industry including pricing, distribution, marketing, insurance, tendering, in and our licensing deals and partnerships.
• Experience in handling partnerships including in and out licensing deals between biotech companies in both developing and developed markets including Europe & USA
• Good grasp of regulatory landscape in various markets and geographies in the biotech industry including differences in requirements under various regulatory regimes
• Through knowledge of government and institutional tendering practices in various geographies
