Job Description

We’re looking for a Head of Infrastructure and Operations

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Strategy & Execution

Define and drive cloud strategy across Azure & GCP in line with business goals.
Lead cloud migrations, hybrid cloud planning, and cloud-native architecture initiatives.
Assess and adopt emerging cloud technologies for business value and resilience.

Platform Engineering & Automation

Oversee scalable infrastructure using Terraform and DevOps best practices.
Lead Kubernetes adoption and CI/CD pipeline management (GitLab).
Champion SRE and platform engineering to boost reliability and developer experience.

Security, Compliance & Governance

Embed security controls in infrastructure design and operations.
Enforce IAM, tagging, and governance policies across Azure AD & GCP IAM.
Lead audit responses and ensure compliance across cloud environments.

Operations & Cost Optimization

Monitor cloud performance, availability, and costs.
Drive cost optimization, capacity planning, and incident management.
Lead root cause analysis and post-mortems for cloud-related issues.

Leadership & People Development

Lead and grow high-performing cloud, DevOps, and security squads.
Foster technical excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Mentor future leaders and build deep technical capabilities.
