Job Title: HR Specialist – Onboarding & Payroll Experience: 2+ Years Shift: Day Shift Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday Location: #160, 2nd Floor, Vastraa House patny Nagar, S.P.Road, Secundrabad- 500003.T.S.India. – Hyderabad- Rasoolpura Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist for our VFX studio, with strong expertise in employee onboarding and payroll operations. The ideal candidate will support a fast-paced creative environment, ensuring smooth HR processes, statutory compliance, and a positive employee experience across production teams. Key Responsibilities 🔹 Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle (VFX Focus)Manage end-to-end onboarding for VFX, animation, and production staff Coordinate joining formalities, contracts, NDAs, and studio induction Maintain employee records (HRMS & physical files) Support artist engagement, grievance handling, and retention initiatives Handle employee exits, clearance, and documentation 🔹 Payroll & Compliance Process monthly payroll for studio staff, artists, and support teams Handle CTC structuring, incentives, OT/shift allowances, deductions, and reimbursements Ensure statutory compliance ( PT ) Coordinate with finance and external payroll vendors, if applicable 🔹 HR OperationsManage attendance, leave, shift rosters, and production-based work schedules Support HR audits, MIS reports, and management dashboards Assist in implementing HR policies aligned with creative studio culture Required Skills & Qualifications ✔️ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field ✔️ 2+ years of HR experience ✔️ Strong hands-on experience in onboarding & payroll processing ✔️ Good understanding of labor laws and contract-based employment ✔️ Excellent communication skills to engage with creative professionals ✔️ Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools Preferred Skills. ⭐ Experience working with artists, freelancers, and production teams. ⭐ Ability to handle deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment. ⭐ High attention to detail and confidentiality.
