Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students/parents for admission inquiries. Explain course details, fee structure, and admission procedures clearly. Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed admissions. Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in the CRM system. Achieve weekly/monthly admission targets.
