Role Overview:

end-to-end growth strategy

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the P&L

  across D2C and marketplace channels, ensuring healthy unit economics (CM1, CM2, EBITDA)

• Lead digital growth

  through performance marketing (Meta, Google), CRM, merchandising, and conversion rate optimization
• Build and manage the

  customer retention engine

  through lifecycle marketing, loyalty, and reactivation campaigns

• Scale marketplace channels

  by optimizing assortment, listings, and promotions
• Collaborate with content and brand teams to ensure consistency in storytelling and performance assets
• Work closely with product, tech, and operations teams to align backend efficiency with front-end experience
• Build and lead a

  cross-functional team

  including digital marketing, analytics, CRM, and e-commerce operations

What We’re Looking For:

• 8-12 years of experience in

  e-commerce, fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands

• Proven track record of

  owning and scaling P&L

  , with strong CM1/CM2 management
• Hands-on expertise in

  Meta/Google performance marketing and CRM tools

• Deep understanding of

  D2C acquisition & retention funnels

• Prior experience scaling

  marketplace revenue and managing platform relationships

• Experience in building brand partnerships and new growth channels (Q-commerce, collabs, etc.)
• Strong analytical mindset with working knowledge of

  GA, CRO tools, and merchandising levers

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative setup
