Position Context & Objective


Zudu AI is scaling globally and looking for a top-tier leader to architect and drive its global partnerships and alliances strategy. This high-impact role is focused on accelerating our reach and ecosystem value, particularly with CPaaS, CRM, telecom, and enterprise technology players. The ideal candidate brings a proven record in building and leading world-class partnership programs, deep GTM expertise, and hands-on experience in partner lifecycle management.


Role Overview

As Head of Global Partnerships & Alliances, you will own and execute Zudu AI’s end-to-end partnership strategy. Your mandate: recruit, enable, and grow high-value alliances to drive Zudu AI’s global market expansion and joint customer success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & Execute Partnership Strategy:
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage strategic partners (CPaaS, CRM, system integrators, and others) to accelerate Zudu AI’s growth.
  • Drive Go-To-Market (GTM):
  • Co-create joint value propositions, build GTM playbooks, and launch integrated solutions with partners for maximum market impact.
  • Partner Lifecycle Ownership:
  • Manage partner relationships from contract negotiation and onboarding through enablement, performance review, and renewal/expansion.
  • Revenue & KPI Accountability:
  • Set, track, and deliver against pipeline, revenue, and adoption targets driven by partner channels.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with product, engineering, legal, and marketing teams to deliver seamless partner and customer experiences.
  • Regional Expansion:
  • Scale partnership programs in key regions: North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
  • Thought Leadership:
  • Represent Zudu AI at industry events and drive advocacy across the partner ecosystem.


Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years in partnerships, alliances, or channel leadership roles (SaaS, CPaaS, telecom, or related sectors).
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in building and scaling global partnership programs.
  • Strategic & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to craft strategy, negotiate deals, and influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Data-Driven: Experience with GTM frameworks, pipeline management, and KPI measurement.
  • Technical Fluency: Solid understanding of software integrations, APIs, and enterprise technology platforms.
  • Leadership & Communication: Exceptional cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
