Global Operations Management

• Lead and optimize delivery centers across multiple geographies with focus on scalability, efficiency, and service excellence.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

• Act as the executive sponsor for strategic accounts, ensuring measurable business outcomes and superior client satisfaction.

Program Governance

• Establish and enforce delivery frameworks, governance models, and best practices for consistent program execution.

Team Leadership

• Build, inspire, and retain high-performing global teams, fostering diversity, collaboration, and innovation.

Financial Accountability

• Own delivery P&L; drive revenue realization, cost efficiency, and margin optimization.

Risk & Compliance Management

• Anticipate, assess, and mitigate risks across programs to ensure regulatory compliance and business continuity.

Innovation & Transformation

• Champion automation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives across service lines.

Experience & Qualifications

• 20+ years in delivery and program management with significant global leadership experience.

• Proven track record of managing

  large-scale portfolios

  (4,000+ professionals, $400M+ revenue).
• Deep expertise in

  global delivery models

  , offshore/nearshore operations, and multicultural workforce management.
• Strong knowledge of

  Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies

  .
• Domain expertise in

  IT services, BFSI, or technology-driven environments (cloud, AI, digital transformation)

  .
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science required; MBA and/or advanced certifications (PMP, SAFe, ITIL) preferred.
