Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Finance and Accounting based in Gurugram. The Head of Finance and Accounting will be responsible for overseeing financial statements, managing financial reporting, budgeting, and developing strategic financial plans. The role involves analytical tasks to identify financial trends, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and lead the finance team in optimizing financial performance. The individual will also collaborate with other departments to support the company's overall strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Budgeting
• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Finance
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional finance certification (such as CPA or CFA) is preferred
• Experience in the cable manufacturing company will be better.
