Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role as the Head of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Advisory located in Chennai. The role involves leading ESG strategy development, advising clients on sustainability initiatives, contributing and managing ESG compliance IT Frameworks. The candidate will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing industry trends, preparing reports, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure adherence to ESG standards.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of ESG principles, sustainability practices, and compliance frameworks.
• Skills in strategic planning, project management, and leadership within the ESG advisory domain.
• Experience in ESG Reporting IT Platforms.
• Experience in research, data analysis, and industry trend identification to inform decision-making and advisory services.
• Exposure to Carbon Registry Management.
• Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and clear communication skills to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to design and implement innovative solutions for ESG integration into organizational policies and operations.
• Advanced degree in environmental studies, business management, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Strong ethical perspective and a passion for driving sustainable change in industries and organizations.
