Role Description We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong front-end and back-end expertise to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will take ownership of full-cycle development—from concept to deployment—creating scalable, high-performance web applications and APIs. Key Responsibilities Design and develop responsive web applications with seamless front-end and back-end integration. Build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code architecture . Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional web interfaces. Develop and manage RESTful APIs and ensure smooth system integrations. Ensure cross-platform and mobile optimization for applications. Implement performance tuning, benchmarking, and SQL optimization . Stay updated on emerging technologies and frameworks. Participate in project discussions, providing valuable technical insights. Maintain source control and documentation for all development activities. Skills Required Strong logical and analytical thinking. Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, LESS, SASS, Flex, JavaScript, jQuery, Photoshop. Experience with JavaScript frameworks: AngularJS, Angular (2–10), React, Ember. Expertise in back-end technologies: Core PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniter, YII, Python, Ruby, Java. Strong understanding of OOP concepts and RDBMS . Proficiency in database technologies: MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB. Experience working with web services (JSON/XML) and open-source projects (WordPress, Drupal, osCommerce, etc.). Knowledge of performance tuning , benchmarking , and SQL optimization . Understanding of source control tools and best practices in version management. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and attention to detail. Passion for innovation, clean code, and continuous learning.
