Position: Engineer Head, Engineering Delivery Center (EDC), Noida

Education B.E- Mechanical/Chemical 25+ Years of Experience

HEAD ENGINEERING - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage the Noida engineering team, ensuring technical excellence and project execution.

Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with business objectives.

Oversee design, development, and implementation of water and wastewater treatment solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Ensure timely project delivery, cost control, and risk mitigation.

Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes.

Manage team performance, training, and development.

Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.

Engage with clients, vendors, and stakeholders for successful project execution.

Proven leadership in managing large engineering team’s min 25 -50 members handling large scale projects

Expertise in water and wastewater treatment technologies, plant design, and regulatory compliance.

Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.

Experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial planning for projects.

Proficiency in engineering design software.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Adaptability and ability to work in high-pressure environments.
