Role Description

We are seeking a Head Of Engineering for a full-time on-site role in Pipli. The Head of Engineering will be responsible for overseeing and managing the engineering team, leading the development of our AI-based platform, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to define and execute technical strategies, drive innovation, and achieve business objectives. The Head of Engineering will also mentor and coach team members, implement best practices, and ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in DevOps, Cloud infrastructure, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
• Proficiency in Security practices and handling compliance requirements
• Strong skills in CI/CD pipeline development and observability
• Leadership and team management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Familiarity with AI-based solutions and tools is beneficial
