Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Technology Leadership & Strategy

Lead engineering across backend, data, and infrastructure, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and highly reliable.
Define and drive the long-term technical vision, architecture, and engineering roadmap.

Backend & Data Engineering

Architect and develop robust, high-performance APIs using Django and Node.js.
Build and maintain scalable ETL pipelines for collecting, cleaning, and updating large datasets such as universities and course information.

Cloud Engineering & DevOps

Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines and containerization workflows using Docker and Kubernetes.
Own AWS architecture, including Lambda, API Gateway, ALB, Amplify, and other cloud components.

Team Leadership & Growth

Lead, mentor, and grow backend and DevOps engineering teams.
Establish and enforce best practices in code quality, documentation, DevOps workflows, and engineering culture.
