Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Founder's Office Team Member, located in Haryana, India. The Founder's Office Team Member will work closely with the founding team to execute strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include coordinating between departments, preparing reports, conducting market research, managing client communications, organizing meetings, and aiding in decision-making processes. The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency in market research and data analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to prepare detailed reports and presentations
• Familiarity with DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and AI technologies is a plus
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role or in a start-up environment is an advantage
