Role Overview:

E-commerce Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the

  P&L

  for the D2C e-commerce business.
• Develop and implement end-to-end

  e-commerce strategy

  for the brand across web and mobile platforms.
• Lead cross-functional teams across

  marketing, tech, supply chain, customer experience, and operations

  to ensure seamless execution.
• Leverage data to drive

  customer acquisition, retention, conversion rate optimization

  , and

  AOV

  (Average Order Value) improvements.
• Collaborate with the merchandising team for product planning, assortment, and inventory management.
• Ensure excellent

  UI/UX

  , website performance, and mobile responsiveness.
• Drive brand building and performance marketing through digital channels: SEO, SEM, email, affiliates, influencers, and social.
• Monitor KPIs and metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals and market dynamics.

Requirements:

• 10–20 years of relevant experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role managing large-scale

  D2C or e-commerce platforms

• Strong background in

  fashion, apparel, or home décor

  retail brands is essential.
• Proven expertise in

  digital transformation and scaling online revenue channels

  .
• Deep understanding of

  consumer behavior

• Hands-on experience with tools like

  Google Analytics, Shopify/Magento, CRM, and marketing automation platforms
