• Own traffic acquisition, conversion rate optimization (CRO), CAC efficiency & remarketing
• Track

  CLTV, funnel performance

🛒 E-Commerce Marketplace Leadership

• Oversee

  Amazon & Flipkart

  listings, A+ content, buy-box optimization & PPC ads
• Improve

  organic ranking

  , visibility & marketplace revenue

✨ Brand & Social Media Management

• Maintain a strong and consistent

  brand identity

• Plan

  monthly content calendars

  for storytelling + product campaigns
• Oversee

  visual creatives

  , website & landing pages for high CTR

🤝 Influencer & Community Marketing

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 8–10 years of experience in

  Digital Marketing

  , including

  4+ years managing teams

• Strong expertise in:
• ✔ GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager
• ✔ Amazon Seller Central / Amazon Ads
• ✔ SEO tools like SEMrush/Ahrefs
• Proven ability to

  scale online revenue

  with a strong analytical and creative mindset
• A leader who excels in

  execution + strategic planning
