Drive business model innovation across organization to deliver accelerated benefits to clients.
Assess, review and define levers driving growth and efficiencies, such as automation and new business models.
Develop trusted COO, CMO, CFO relationships
Deliver PoV’s and share industry trends that drive organization’s Transformation Agenda, e.g. product development, operating model impact
Leverage the global and regional business & technology transformation agenda across strategic accounts applying relevant patterns.
Scale organization’s profile in the market through presenting at relevant industry conferences, ‘whitepapers’, social media, etc.
Drive the sales to deliver organization’s Consulting & Analytics Revenue, ABR and Profit metrics
Builds out points of view through interpreting industry trends and translating these trends into driving businesses and reshaping offerings.
Build a culture of embracing diversity and world-class delivery.
Build and maintain effective working relationships at a senior/ executive level
