Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Head – Design to lead and deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Operational:

• Develop and implement innovative systems for efficient and error-free design delivery.
• Prepare and review working drawings for construction components, ensuring compliance with design codes and client requirements.
• Monitor project priorities to ensure safe and timely execution.
• Collaborate with project teams to streamline design inputs and workflow.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

• Interact with clients, consultants, and government agencies to resolve technical queries.
• Present designs for approvals and provide technical support for ongoing projects.
• Support internal project managers on site-related technical matters.

Team Leadership:

• Build, mentor, and manage a competent design team specialized in performance textiles applications.
• Define clear roles, set KPIs, and track team performance.
• Allocate work effectively to maximize productivity and outcomes.

Candidate Profile-Required Qualifications & Skills

• BE/ME/M. Tech in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering
• 12-30 years’ experience in geotechnical and project execution
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, MS Office, and design software
• Excellent communication, planning, team management, and client relationship skills
