Job Description

As the Head of Customer Support at Lifetime Health, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the Customer Support, Sales, and Service Line operations to ensure exceptional customer experience, revenue growth, and service excellence. Your strategic vision and passion for healthcare service delivery will be key in driving the team towards success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead, motivate, and manage the Customer Support team to foster a high-performance culture. - Develop and implement customer service policies and standard operating procedures to maintain consistent service excellence. - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and enhance satisfaction levels. - Oversee the Sales team to establish, track, and achieve sales and revenue targets. - Develop sales strategies and initiatives to support business growth. - Coordinate closely with the Service Line team to ensure seamless service delivery and prompt issue resolution. - Train, mentor, and support team members to enhance skills, productivity, and customer handling capabilities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align support, sales, and service strategies with organizational goals. - Prepare, analyze, and present regular performance and revenue reports to senior management. - Take overall responsibility for revenue generation through effective sales and retention strategies. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in Customer Support or Sales Management, preferably within the healthcare industry. - Strong leadership, coaching, and team management abilities. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. - Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and reporting. - Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and improving patient care outcomes. In this full-time role, you will be based in Jayanagar, Bangalore, and the work schedule will be a day shift.
