Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Head of Customer Support. The Head of Customer Support will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing customer support operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include managing a team of support representatives, resolving technical issues, and implementing strategies to optimize the customer service process. Additionally, the Head of Customer Support will develop training programs and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices to ensure top-notch support.


Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Support and Technical Support skills
  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience strategies
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, including team management and conflict resolution
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Well versed in English & Tamil is must
  • Applicant only from chennai
  • CTC Max 12 lacs
  • Expereince min 6 years manadatory
