Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Customer Technical Support specialist. The primary responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering customer support. The specialist will analyze customer problems, offer appropriate solutions, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.


Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the tech industry is a plus
  • CTC : 18-25 K max only
  • Need candidates based in Chennai only (local no relocation)
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Can speak fluent English & Tamil is mandatory.
