Job Description Role Overview: As a Client Success Consultant at our fast-growing IT services and digital solutions organization, you will be the primary point of contact for U.S.-based clients. Your role will involve building strong relationships, understanding client business needs, and ensuring successful delivery of IT solutions and services. Technical training will be provided, so your focus should be on bringing strong client management skills, a consulting mindset, and the ability to translate business challenges into solution opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a trusted partner for client stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with U.S. clients, focusing on value delivery. - Conduct discovery discussions to understand client business goals and challenges. - Collaborate with internal teams to design and present suitable IT solution recommendations. - Facilitate smooth project execution by aligning client expectations with delivery teams. - Provide ongoing client support, identify opportunities for process improvements, and drive account growth. Qualification Required: - 8+ years of experience in client success, client servicing, account management, or consulting roles within IT services/solutions. - Proven experience working with U.S.-based clients. - Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills. - Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and align them with solutions. - Willingness to work in U.S. time zones.
