About the Role

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in delivering high-end projects with exceptional finishing standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and execute luxury residential projects, ensuring timely delivery with uncompromising quality.
• Oversee all aspects of project management including planning, execution, monitoring, budgeting, resource allocation, and quality control.
• Ensure premium finishing standards are maintained in line with the company’s reputation and client expectations.
• Manage contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure adherence to project timelines, specifications, and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and consultants to resolve on-site challenges effectively.
• Monitor project costs and budgets to ensure financial control without compromising on quality.
• Lead and mentor site engineering teams, ensuring smooth coordination across multiple projects.
• Provide regular project updates and progress reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements for construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• At least 15 years of experience in project execution and management, with at least 2 years of experience as a Cluster Head managing multiple projects.
• Proven expertise in managing luxury residential projects with strong emphasis on finishing quality.
• Prior experience with top real estate developers known for high-end finishing will be highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining uncompromising standards.

Job Location

Offered CTC: 40 - 50 Lacs
