Head of Construction

You are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional for a DGM / GM / Cluster Head - Projects role with renowned real estate clients in Mumbai. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing luxury residential projects in Mumbai, ensuring exceptional finishing standards. - Lead, plan, and execute luxury residential projects, ensuring timely delivery with uncompromising quality. - Oversee all aspects of project management including planning, execution, monitoring, budgeting, resource allocation, and quality control. - Ensure premium finishing standards are maintained in line with the company's reputation and client expectations. - Manage contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure adherence to project timelines, specifications, and quality benchmarks. - Coordinate with architects, designers, and consultants to resolve on-site challenges effectively. - Monitor project costs and budgets to ensure financial control without compromising on quality. - Lead and mentor site engineering teams, ensuring smooth coordination across multiple projects. - Provide regular project updates and progress reports to senior management. - Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements for construction. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering. - At least 15+ years of experience in project execution and management, with a minimum of 2 years as a Cluster Head managing multiple projects. - Proven expertise in managing luxury residential projects with a strong emphasis on finishing quality. - Prior experience with top real estate developers known for high-end finishing will be highly preferred. - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining uncompromising standards.
