Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for the Head of Business Development. The individual will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, formulating strategies, and expanding the client portfolio. The role also involves account management, developing strong relationships with clients, preparing business plans, and driving sales to achieve revenue targets. Additionally, the candidate will provide market insights, collaborate with internal teams, and play a key role in the company’s growth initiatives.

• Proficiency in Business Development and Sales
• Strong skills in Business Planning and Analytical Thinking
• Experience in Account Management and client relationship building
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Leadership abilities to inspire and manage a team effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Knowledge of the infrastructure or construction industry is an advantage
