Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Senior Quantity Surveyor. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing and controlling project costs from inception to completion. Key tasks include preparing bill of quantities (BOQ), cost planning, cost reporting, and cost management. Other duties involve ensuring optimal resource allocation and providing accurate financial reports and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
• Experience with preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Cost Reporting
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in the construction or design and build industry is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
