Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for an Architect at Touchstone Infrastructure & Solutions Pvt Ltd. The Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures, creating detailed plans, and ensuring projects meet specifications, codes, and regulations. The role includes coordinating with engineers, contractors, and clients, conducting site visits, and managing project timelines from initiation to completion.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in architectural design and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit)
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations
• Project management, including coordination with clients, contractors, and engineers
• Experience in space planning, and structural detailing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Experience in sectors like IT, Retail, and Hospitality is advantageous
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
