We are looking for a Site Architect to oversee the interior fit-out and construction of office spaces. Your main job will be to ensure that the interior work is done as per the design, on time, and with high-quality finishes. You’ll work closely with designers, contractors, and vendors to bring modern, functional office spaces to life.

Roles and Responsibility

· Check that interior execution follows design plans and building codes

· Supervise interior construction and fit-out work on site (gypsum partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, etc.)

· Coordinate with MEP teams, contractors, and suppliers

· Maintain quality standards and site safety

· Report progress and site updates to the design team

· Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and designers for smooth execution

Requirements

· Bachelor’s in Architect

· [5+] years of experience with office interiors or fit-out projects

· Good eye for detail and high-quality finishes
